Comme toujours ravie des nouvelles créations avec des belles voix et paroles. On écoute Maiasaura presque tous les jours depuis 3 ans ☺️ déjà. Mon fils adore.
Maiasaura ne fonctionne pas, alors que la carte fonctionne sur l'appareil d'une voisine. Impossible d'accéder correctement au site pour demander un échange. La vidéo demandée ne passe pas et notre message n'est pas pris en compte. Vous avez dit bizarre !!! En outre impossible de passer par téléphone !!! Que faire ?
Bonjour Sylvie ! Je vous conseille de renvoyer un mail à notre SAV en réponse du précédent. Si la vidéo est trop lourde vous pouvez baisser sa qualité ou couper sa longueur. Ne vous inquiétez pas notre SAV vous apportera satisfaction mais nous devons toujours vérifier les problèmes pour améliorer notre produit et nos services.
Petit soucis avec la premìère boite Maïa, qui ne fonctionnait pas. Après un court échange avec le service après vente Maiasaura, on m'a envoyé une nouvelle boite, qui fonctionne à présent sans problème. Je recommande à 100 %.
Correspond parfaitement à mes attentes et au descriptif du site. Je suis très contente de cet achat. Mes petits enfants de 9 et 19 mois l’ ont adopté instantanément. La boîte est vraiment top pour être tenue et manipulée par les petites mains. Je recommande toutefois d’ acheter la coque protectrice pour éviter tout désagrément lors de chute brutale!!
